Very Beginning … calls for Support.
The first steps in a new company are, of course, characterised by plenty of questions or even minor problems. On the one hand, a new employee requires the appropriate answers in order to be able to work. On the other hand, the new employee also does not want to disturb process and/or fellow workers.
Competent Contacts and Mentors.
Because we have heard about that, we have introduced our sponsor concept for new employees. Consequently, every new employee will be accompanied by an experienced, long-time company employee for a period of three months. This approach ensures that the new employee is familiarised with all conditions and has access to a constant contact for any inquiries and problems.
